All of the roads within Silver Spurs Ranch are on a portion of the lots within the subdivision. Each road has
a perpetual easement for the use of all owners of lots in the subdivision.
On each recorded plat, you will see the operative language under the Dedication Clause. As a result of this
dedication, owners are not free to put up any kind of fence or obstruction that would inhibit the use of such
roads.
