Fight Property Takeover Fraud
The County gives you the capability to receive email notifications if any actions being taken on your property. This helps fight unknown transactions such as a fraudulent takeover of your properties.
Residents are encouraged to sign up for recording notifications by visiting the site, clicking on the Recording Notification tab, and completing the registration form.
